Porsche is a millennium baby, and will be 10 years old on December 2nd. As she has REALLY taken to the couch potato life, I decided it would be a good idea to exercise her brain and try to teach her a new trick to add to her repertoire. I'm pleased to say she caught on rather quickly:
Next, I'll see what I can do with Porsche's almost 14-year-old mother, Calli. The question will be: Can you teach an OLDER dog new tricks? It should be interesting!
Porsche is the "calendar girl" for the month of July in the 2011 Mid-Florida SSC's calendar. Thanks to the club for including her, and a special thanks to Julie Iverson for the gorgeous photo!

I can't believe how senior our dogs are getting! Cady's 11 1/2, and I don't think I could teach her a single trick :). I'll bet Porsche was a quick learner! Lovely photo of Calli ... she still has "it" :).
